I work with lots of different mediums as I’m always curious and eager to learn new skills. I studied photography at Unitec, then went on my OE and worked in a photography studio in London. 5 years later my partner, David, and I came home and I started my own photography business. After becoming a mother I decided to stay at home with the kids. I also studied te reo Mãori which connected me to that part of my culture. From there I started to teach myself to weave with Harakeke. Im also a self taught in ceramics and I’m starting to work with glass.
