David Tucker

My creative spark was ignited way back in 1970 as an exchange student in Wyoming, where I was given free reign of a studio for a year - to produce whatever I felt like, bliss!   I primarily paint in acrylics including portraiture, abstract landscapes and observations on life in NZ. I also sculpt in stone and wood using material found at Muriwai.

I love all aspects of the creative process and would try everything if i had time. When i am not creating, I spend time with my family and also coaching rowing.
