Union is the sister business to The Boiler Room and focusses on the soft furnishings that depict the Industrial World. Union is Susan Haldane and Paula Coulthard. Union tailor their one off handcrafted art pieces to thematically and visually enhance the clients private interior or commercial workspace.The whiskey club chairs and billiard settees are individually covered using new and found textiles from an industrial and domestic past.Like the Boiler Room, these pieces represent New Zealands working history.
