Suzanne Marbrook
Suzanne has recently returned to Aotearoa, and now living in Muriwai Beach. She left New Zealand in the 80's to pursue a career as a therapist/healer. Her art originates from the effect and significance that form, colour and concepts have on tranquility and wellbeing. Suzanne believes that the vibrations of colour can be utilised to create environments conducive to promoting health and serenity, in alignment with the ancient practice of Feng Shui. Painting in acrylic on canvas, the forms represent the harmonic flux of energy in the continuous process of change. Twenty-five of Suzanne's paintings illustrate her book 'Meditations for Tranquillity' published by Cassell & Co in 2000. She has had successful exhibitions in Suffolk England, London and Spain.
