My name is Thompson Kiwikiwi. I am of Ngapuhi decent. I studied art foundation at Whanganui Polytechnic in 1996 but pulled out after 3 months because everything I was doing I was told was wrong, so I ended up doing occupational art therapy at the now closed Lake Alice Psychiatric Hospital in Bulls. Since then I have carried on with doing art in my spare time and have been in numerous exhibitions.
